It has been asserted that the FARDC lacks knowledge of how to operate its aircraft

It is still alleged that the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (FARDC) misuse heavy weapons, such as aircraft.

This comes after the battle these forces have been engaged in with the M23 rebels for days. The day before yesterday, M23 Group had taken control of the area of Mushaki, which used to be a popular tourist destination, but when FARDC realized they had been beaten, they brought in airplanes and unfairly dropped bombs on the people.

While many people who regularly follow this nation’s politics feel they can’t halt the rebels’ advancement, the army of this country still receives powerful weapons and this week brought Chinese war drones to be able to stop M23.

As some of these soldiers claim, “these rebels, if we look at them poorly, would take Kinshasa from us,” the government forces continue to flee the battle.

These M23 rebels have repeatedly urged the Congolese government to respect the diplomatic process rather than  using force.
