Ndikumana Danny signs a two-year contract with APR FC

Ndikumana Danny, who has just signed a two-year contract with APR F.C,is a striker who has recently completed his contract with Rukinzo FC in Burundi.

Rwanda’s Ndikumana is a young striker who has proven himself and strengthened his skills in the East and Central African Police Games (EAPCCO GAMES 2023) held in Rwanda.

Rwanda Premier League champions APR FC also announced the signing of midfielders Ismail ‘Pitchou’ Nshimirimana and Taddeo Lwanga for an undisclosed period.

Nshimirimana was one of the most exciting players in the 2022/23 Rwandan Premier League where he guided Kiyovu Sports to second place.

The Burundi international featured in 27 out of 30 league games, scoring four goals including a sensational long range strike against Rayon Sports on November 11, 2022.

Meanwhile, Lwanga is not new on the continental scene, having previously been the midfield kingpin for Tanzanian giants Simba between 2020 and 2022 before joining Djiboutian side Arta Solar7.

Nshimirimana, 23, and Lwanga, 29, are expected to bring stability in the midfield of the military side as they hope to take the 2023/24 CAF Champions League competition by storm.

The duo’s transfer to APR comes after the military side made a u-turn on ‘homegrown players only’ policy in December 2022.
