Nigerian Striker Victor Mbaoma, who played a vital role in Katsina United’s promotion to the Nigeria Premier League, embark on a new chapter in his career with Rwandan club APR FC.
Super Eagles forward Victor Mbaoma has agreed to join Rwanda Premier League champions APR for a two year deal.
Mbaoma’s talent came to prominence during his time at Enyimba FC in Nigeria, where he gained recognition for his impressive performances.
His international debut for the Super Eagles came in 2021, featuring in a 2-1 defeat to Mexico, and he also made a substitute appearance against Ecuador.
In addition to Mbaoma, APR is reportedly pursuing Cameroonian forward Apam Assongwe, while Ugandan striker Taddeo Lwanga signed a two year contract.

APR, has enjoyed success on the domestic front, However, they have faced challenges in progressing to the group stages of the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup in recent seasons.
